These are case bound often constructed using unusual binding methods and covering materials. We have used vinyl flooring products, Formica and laser etched timber veneers for covers and made boxes using MDF board or Daltons X board.

Cover materials we have in stock include Belgian linen, water weave taffetas, various metallic fabrics, buckram, leather and rayon's, or supply your own. We also print oversize covers on paper through our Xeikon Digital Press which we celloglaze with scuff free cello to stop marking. Large size books are not a problem (maximum width of 470mm x any length).
Case bound box with binder inserts. To take the weight of printed material in the A3 binders this box featured a welded steel insert, which connected to the stainless steel handle. The flap to hold the binders in was held in place with a magnet.

One off wedding albums are a specialty, particularly oversized coffee table versions. We often use bridal fabric to cover books.
Linen covered box with silver lettering to hold 2 x A3 oversized books and 1x square (210 x 210mm) timber veneer covered book. This box was constructed from X board and is very light.

Custom hat box with removeable lid covered in water wave taffeta. The inside was covered in Spicers Paper Curious Metallics galvanised.
