 Download ArrowFTP, an application for Mac OS X that streamlines transferring files to ColourChiefs!
It works by dropping files or folders onto the application icon, which then creates a compressed archive of the files or folders and then uploads it to a FTP directory at ColourChiefs.
You don't have to worry about compressing your files, remembering your FTP user name and password, and you can easily copy ArrowFTP to as many workstations as you wish, which is perfect for a studio environment. And remember, with FTP, once the transfer is complete your files are at ColourChiefs.
It's that easy!
Some points to keep in mind:
• Try not to use symbols in file/folder names such as !@#$%^&*;:\?/><
• Try to keep the file/folder names under 32 characters
• If you drop multiple files onto ArrowFTP, the first file will be the name of the archive
• ArrowFTP will compress your files into a zip archive automatically
• Our FTP server will notify us when a file has been uploaded (you can be added to this if you wish)

Please be aware that certain characters can cause problems when sending and processing your files. We ask that your file names do not contain any special characters such as !@#$%^&*()_+|\?][}{<>":';
