Sending files via FTP FTP is much more stable for file transmission as once the file has finished transferring, it is on our server. On the Windows platform, it is possible to upload your files directly through a web browser. For reliability, ColourChiefs recommends using a dedicated FTP client application.
Try to compress your files/folders to a single archive before sending. This will help protect the files from rare but possible corruption, and help reduce the amount of time to transfer the files to the ColourChiefs FTP server.

File Transfer Tip
Please be aware that certain characters can cause problems when sending and processing your files. We ask that your file names do not contain any special characters such as !@#$%^&*()_+|\?][}{<>":';
